Mortgage Advice

We don’t publish “best buy” mortgage rates as they can be very misleading. The rate you secure will depend on your individual circumstances.

We specialise in finding the best possible mortgage and remortgage products – whether for first time buyer, a move up the property ladder, an overseas purchase or an investment in the buy to let market, we have the expertise to find the best available product for you.

Note: Where a mortgage is determined in a currency other than sterling, changes in the exchange rate may increase the sterling equivalent of your debt.

We offer a comprehensive range of mortgages from across the market, but not deals that you can only obtain by going direct to a lender.

A fee of up to £500 payable at completion for mortgages. Any income payable by the lender will reduce the fee we charge. However, no excess over and above will be refunded. For example if we receive £350 from the lender on a mortgage purchase or remortgage, then we would charge the £150.

You will receive a ‘keyfacts’ illustration when considering a particular mortgage, which will tell you about any fees relating to it.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE
