Innov8 acquires Viking Management Systems

DTE Corporate Finance is delighted to announce that they have advised Innov8 Technology Limited, a leading provider of ICT solutions, on the acquisition of Viking Management Systems Limited, a Sage Solutions expert. The acquisition expands its geographical reach from the North West into Yorkshire and the North East.

Since the acquisition, Innov8, a top-three UK Sage 200 business partner, has successfully integrated the Viking business and both of its shareholders have now retired as planned. Innov8 and Viking will continue to operate under their individual brand names.

Turner Parkinson, Manchester provided legal advice to Innov8with a team led by Corporate Partner David Easdown, with assistance from Luke Philpott. Mark Preston of Yorkshire Bank provided the debt to assist with the funding of the transaction.
