Due Diligence Services to HSBC

DTE are delighted to announce that our Corporate Finance Team has provided Due Diligence Services to HSBC for their backing of the Management Buy-out (“MBO”) of Euroforce People Solutions Limited, since rebranded as Workforce People Solutions Limited.

HSBC Bank Plc is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world with an international network of around 7,500 offices in over 80 countries.

Euroforce People Solutions Limited, a Bolton-based £11m-turnover specialist recruitment firm, provides labour to an array of high-profile brands including numerous vehicle and furniture manufacturers. Some notable clients the company has worked with include; Bentley, McLaren, Aston Martin, Steinhoff and Plumbs.

Patrick McBride, who established Euroforce in 2006, exits the business alongside other longstanding directors Liam McBride and Brian Assen.
