Liverpool Tax Club, December 2019
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
5 Chapel Street,
Liverpool, L3 9AG
Thank you for your time.
This event has ended.
Following the success of the last Tax Clubs, we would like to invite you to join us in another series of Tax Clubs at the beginning of winter. This will be the last series in 2019 and Alan McCann, DTE Head of Tax Dispute Resolution, will provide you with the usual topical update of what is happening in the UK tax world, together with a real-time update on anything we know by then about how Brexit might affect you and your clients.
During this upcoming session, apart from our usual co-speaker Steven Howard from The VAT People, we are also pleased to welcome a guest speaker, Ms Deborah O’Grady from Reach Commercial Finance, who will talk about alternative finance options for SMEs versus traditional methods such as bank loan/overdraft.
DTE Tax Club is a free lunchtime event designed to provide tax professionals and general accountancy practitioners in the North West with an overview of the latest happenings in the tax world. DTE’s Head of Tax Dispute Resolution, Alan McCann, has hosted the Tax Clubs for over 15 years, building a unique support network for our many regular members.
The Tax Club also counts towards your annual requirement for Structured CPD hours.
The event takes place in a relaxed open discussion format, giving attendees the opportunity to get involved in discussion, share knowledge and experiences. Specialist guest speakers also offer an insight into more cutting-edge topics.
Each Tax Club starts with a buffet lunch and is followed by the opportunity to engage with fellow professionals and chat in more depth with our speakers, helping establish that invaluable ‘support network’.
We hope you can join us and look forward to meeting you at one of our next sessions.
