Due Diligence Services to Natwest

DTE are pleased to announce that they have provided Due Diligence Services to NatWest for funding provided to Roberts Jackson Solicitors.
National Westminster Bank, commonly known as NatWest, is a large retail and commercial bank in the United Kingdom with a network of over 960 branches. The Bank has provided a £5m finance package to Roberts Jackson Solicitors to support its growth and development ambitions.
Roberts Jackson Solicitors is a private equity backed law firm headquartered in Wilmslow, Cheshire in the United Kingdom. The firm was established in 2009 by Karen Jackson and Oliver Jackson to provide access to justice and legal services to those suffering from work-related occupational diseases. It currently employs over 200 members of staff.
The cash will be used to refinance existing borrowings at a lower overall cost, and to support the firm’s growth and development aspirations particularly with regard to development of a new digital platform and a quicker and more customer-focused legal process.
